Can I return my order?
Items can be returned within 14 days. Items should be returned in their original state; unused, complete and in their original packaging. If items are damaged or incomplete you will be charged accordingly.

How can I return my order?
In the box of your order you will find a return form and an international return label. Add the completed return form to the package and send the package via PostNL to:
Vondels BV, Answer number 2072, 1430 VB Aalsmeer.
Drop off your package at a post office (locations: www.postnl.nl/locatiewijzer). Save the Track & Trace number to track your package. As soon as the order is received back, this will be confirmed to you by email.
My order arrived damaged, how is this resolved?
We are sorry to hear this. Glass is a fragile product and therefore there is a chance that it breaks during transport. In case this happens, contact our customer service by sending an email to [email protected] with one or more photos of the damaged article. We will then find a suitable solution.
When will the amount be refunded to my account?
Returns are processed within 5 to 10 business days. If your return shipment has been processed, you will receive an email from us at the registered email address confirming that the amount will be refunded. You will receive the return amount within 10 working days in the same way as you paid.
How is the amount refunded?
Your payment will be refunded within 10 business days (from the moment your return shipment is processed). You will receive the return amount in the same way as you paid.
Credit card: The purchase amount is automatically transferred to your credit card.
iDEAL: The purchase amount will be automatically transferred to the relevant account.
PayPal: The purchase amount will be automatically transferred to your PayPal account.
Does the legal guarantee apply?
When purchasing items in Vondels' webshop, legal guarantee will be applied. Legal guarantee means that a seller must deliver goods to a consumer in accordance with a sales contact, which means that the consumers must obtain precisely that for which they paid.
There is no legal framework attached to this guarantee, as the consumers expectations may differ for each item.
