Unfortunately, because we work with items made of glass it sometimes happens that some ornaments get damaged during the delivery process. When this happens, please contact [email protected] and send us a picture of the damaged items. We will review the damaged items and send you a credit note.
Yes, you can place your re-order online via our B2B webshop. The minimum order amount is €300,-.
After your B2B request is accepted and you’ve logged in to our B2B webshop, you will see our wholesale prices. We work with tierprices of 12, 24 and 48 pieces. This means ordering a higher quantity per item will give you a better margin.
The recommended retail prices will be called RRP at our B2B shop. You can find them on the product page of each article. After placing your order you will also find this on the order confirmation or at the orders in your B2B account.
We work with recommended retail prices in euros, Danish/Swedish/Norwegian crowns and US dollars. We would very much appreciate it if you would work with these prices as well.
The minimum order quantity per item is 12 pieces.

All ornaments, baubles and tree toppers are made of glass. Sometimes we use a little polyresin when it’s not possible to blow parts in glass. All products are mouthblown and hand painted by skilled workers!
All items are manufactured in China. We work closely with several factories.
Please be aware that the colour of images displayed on our website can be affected by individual display settings. In addition, the products are all individually painted by hand, so it may happen that the products you receive slightly differ from the photo.
No, not all Vondels ornaments have giftboxes. If the ornaments are including a giftbox you can see following information on the website: ‘w/box’. If you would like to buy giftboxes separately, we sell these here (pagina presentation and packaging). The giftboxes are available in size XS, S, M and L.
Yes, all Vondels ornaments have a label with our logo, barcode and company information as well as a statement that the item is not to be used as a toy. Of course you will find a metal star on each article as well.
Your order will be packed by our professional logistics partner. You will receive goods per 12 in safe carton packaging. The ornaments are wrapped carefully per piece and in the most environmental friendly way. This means some items will be wrapped in tissue paper, while more fragile ornaments will be packed in bubble wrap.
New collections are released in December for the upcoming year. The first drop at the start of the season will usually be about 90% of the collection. Vondels will continue to add products to their collection throughout the year. In total we add over 200 new products every year. Registered users on our website will receive a newsletter to announce the start of the new season.
This means the item is currently in production or on its way to our warehouse. As soon as the article is available it can be purchased in our online shop. Sign up to get on the product page to get a notification when the item is back in stock.
Sold out items will not be back on stock this season.

Even though we try our best to have enough stock of everything, it might happen that an article is sold out. Luckily we have enough beautiful other ornaments to choose from. For next time make sure to order in time in our pre-order season.
Of course you are more than welcome to order all year round! However, the earlier you place your order, the better the benefits are.
Returns
We are sorry to hear this. Glass is a fragile product and therefore there is a chance that it breaks during transport. Please check your order within 48 hours after receiving it for broken pieces or any other quality problems. In case this happens, contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to [email protected] with one or more photos of the damaged article. Vondels can’t replace single pieces so will issue a credit note and transfer the money back to the account you paid with.
No, it’s not possible to return your order.
Vondels is not able to take back any items. We try to provide you with the best information and pictures online. Please keep in mind as well that every item is unique, mouthblown and hand painted! Also, you are more than welcome to visit our showroom in Aalsmeer, so you can see the articles in real life when ordering.

No, Vondels products are hosted by professional logistics partner, so we don’t have any stock at the office. Be sure to place your order far enough in advance to allow us enough time to process your order. We usually need about 7 days processing time on average before we can ship your order or have your order ready for pick-up.
It’s possible to make your own shipping arrangements. Our sales support team will contact you for pick-up details after placing your order. We will let you know the exact shipment details (weight, dimensions and value) and the pick-up address after we complete the processing. You can then schedule a pick-up at our address or we schedule it for you.
After your order is packed you will receive an e-mail which contains your packing list and the track & trace code.
Unfortunately we can’t accept priority orders. We understand you want your order as quickly as possible and we will do our utmost to speed up the process. For this reason, we advice you to place your order in advance. This way we can make sure your order is ready in time.
Delivery in the Netherlands is for free. For most countries in Europe the delivery charges will be calculated and added automatically to the order at the checkout. However when the delivery charges are not automatically calculated, you can contact [email protected] regarding your delivery and/or pick-up.

For order quantities less than 420 pieces, we ship your order in big cartons of 60*40*60 CM. We will carefully stack the inner cartons in the outer carton for delivery.
Pallets usually will be stacked up to 1.60M and wrapped with black foil. If you have specific height requests or maximum height requests, please contact our planning team at [email protected]
Our items will be separately wrapped and packed carefully in tissue paper or bubble wrap. As an exception, articles that have specifically fragile parts, will be sent with special made inlays. After this, the articles are packed in inner cartons per 12.

Payment
Depending on your bank and country this will take up to 3 days. If you like to speed things up you are welcome to send us a copy of the transfer so we can start processing the order. Please send it to [email protected] All invoices are to be paid by the customer within 8 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Payments at www.vondels.com can be made as follows: - iDeal / bancontact - Mastercard / VISA - PayPal - Bank transfer
Credit nota’s will be processed within 10 business days and you will receive the returned amount in the same way as you paid.
We work with many start-ups. However, please make sure to fill in our B2B form. Once your account has been approved, you can order as long your orders meet the order requirements. For us it is important that Vondels and your shop are the perfect match. Please note that we will need a valid VAT number for invoicing to approve a B2B account. Also note that some shipments will require that the receiver has an EORI number.

Unfortunately we don’t have any samples available. We try our best to make sure our articles online are exactly the same as the ones that you receive, however please note that all our articles are mouth blown and hand painted. Also keep in mind that the settings of your computer screen can influence the colours of the images. If you feel that this is not enough you could always buy some items at the B2C webshop.
Yes, we are very happy to welcome you at our showroom in Aalsmeer (close to Amsterdam). Please book a date and time online via the following link: LINK TOEVOEGEN. In our showroom you will find all items that we have in our collection. We usually take at least 2 hours to show you around and let you select your own collection for your store. Keep in mind that we don’t have any stock here.

We don’t work with exclusivity. However we do try to keep a balanced retail landscape for the retailer and Vondels. This means we keep a close eye on surroundings and the assortment from the shops.
No. Vondels does not approve relabelling products. We care a lot about our brand image and it would confuse buyers if they see the same products and designs being sold under different brand names. Some people might then assume that the design was illegally copied which could seriously damage the brand’s reputation.
Online sales are only permitted after written approval of Vondels, in any case only at a self controlled webshop and never through a third party website or platform. The obligations in this clause are subject to an immediately payable penalty of € 5.000 (five thousand euros) for each separate breach and each day that such a breach continues.
