Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To start your return, please register it through our link. Pack your item securely, ensuring it’s unused and in its original packaging. Drop it off at a PostNL location and keep your proof of shipment. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Returns or exchanges cannot be processed through other retailers.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
