When can I expect my delivery?
Keep an eye on our website for the current delivery times. There may be longer delivery times around the holidays, please keep this in mind.
Orders placed from the Benelux before 15:00 o’clock, will be received within 2 to 3 working days. As soon as your order has been sent you will receive an email with a tracking number, with this number you can then track the package.
For international deliveries outside Europe, we will inform you about the delivery date. If an item is unexpectedly not in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Which delivery options can I choose?
When ordering, you can choose from the following delivery options:
- Home delivery within the Netherlands by DHL - € 5,95 per order
- Package point DHL - € 5,95 per order Delivery is from Monday to Saturday.
As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.
Orders over €30 will be delivered free of charge within the Netherlands.
Do you deliver abroad?
We ship to countries within Europe. The delivery charges will automatically be calculated at the checkout. Countries outside Europe must send a special request to us by email. If possible, we will request a quote for the delivery costs from our delivery partner.
Which courier will deliver my package?
Deliveries within the Netherlands are handled by DHL. Deliveries outside the Netherlands are normally handled by DPD. The shipment will be sporadically shipped with UPS. Can I have the package delivered to another address? Yes. When filling in your delivery address, you can fill in another address to which you want to send the order. The invoice for the order will be sent to the email address filled in at the invoice details. Is it possible to pick up the order? Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up your order.
It looks like my order has been delivered, but I did not receive anything. What now?
With the Track & Trace information you can see where your order is at the moment. The package may have been delivered to the neighbours or laid down in an alternative place around the house (applicable if you have indicated this by the delivery service).

Do I have to pay custom duties and taxes if my order is shipped outside the European Union?
International shipments, outside the European Union, may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees. These are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
