Delivery
Shipping options, costs & proces.
Benelux: Delivered by DHL – €6.95 per order. Free shipping on orders over €100. Europe: Delivered by DPD. Costs vary by country and are shown at checkout. Outside Europe: Delivered by UPS. Costs depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking code once your order is on its way.
We ship within Europe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For deliveries outside Europe, please email us. We’ll request a quote from our delivery partner if shipping is possible.
Yes, orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Current delivery times are shown on our website. During busy periods, such as the holidays, delivery may take a little longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Check the Track & Trace link to see the delivery details. Your package may have been left with neighbours or in a safe place. Still can’t find it? Contact our customer service, we’re happy to help.
We’re really sorry to hear that. If an item has arrived damaged, please email us at online@vondels.nl with one or more photos. We’ll take care of it as soon as possible.
At the moment, online orders can’t be collected in person. We’ll deliver straight to you.
Ordering
Order proces, status & confirmation.
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account gives you easy access to your details and invoices.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder or log in to your account. Still can’t find it? Contact us and we’ll help you out.
Once your order is confirmed, it’s processed right away, so changes or cancellations aren’t possible. If you’ve made a mistake in your order details, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
If your order has already shipped with DHL and the address is incorrect, you may be able to update the delivery details via the DHL website. Check your tracking link to see the available options.
If you decide you don’t want to keep an item, you can of course return it after delivery.
You’ll get an order confirmation by email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email with Track & Trace details so you can follow your delivery.
Items labeled “with gift box” come perfectly wrapped in our signature Vondels packaging. Want to send it directly as a gift? Just add the recipient’s address for delivery and your own for billing.

Yes, you can download the invoice for your order directly via your account.
Returns
Return proces, costs and requirements.
Yes, you can return items within 14 days. Products must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
We’re sorry to hear that. As glass is fragile, damage can happen during transit.
Please email us at online@vondels.nl with one or more photos of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a solution as quickly as possible.
1. Register your return via our returns portal.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Drop it off at a PostNL location and keep your proof of shipment.
4. Once received, we’ll refund your payment within 10 business days.
Note: Returns or exchanges through other retailers are not possible.
The return shipping costs are €6,95.
Returns are processed within 5–10 business days. Once approved, you’ll get a confirmation email, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
